Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

We ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Once your order has been processed, please allow:


  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–10 business days for delivery

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Sunday

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

You can expect your order to arrive within 9–14 business days from the date of purchase

(processing time + shipping time).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


90-Day Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Clean and in its original packaging

  • Undamaged and in like-new condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items (No Cost to You)

If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right quickly.

  1. Send us a clear photo or video of the issue to shopmanlyway@gmail.com

  2. We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost

You will not need to pay for return shipping on damaged or defective products.


Return Shipping for Regular Returns

If you’re returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind or sizing issue), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 1–2 business days.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened personal care or intimate products

  • Digital downloads or e-books

  • Final sale items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund
